Richmond ephesus resort is great! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the private beach and had plenty of options for all three meals each day. Plus, it's close to ephesus ancient city.

The place was clean, I booked the standard room with mountain views, everything was great. Enjoyed an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a satellite TV in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were courteous people on shift.

More fun than I expected!
What a good surprise! The staff was friendly, the rooms spacious with fantastic sea views, and the food options were varied and fresh. The beach was clean and well-maintained. While the evening entertainment could use some improvement, the overall experience was enjoyable. A great value for family fun!

The hotel is not a 5 star, but has comfortable rooms. The breakfast is just ok, but the localization is good.

I thoroughly enjoyed the lush grounds and beautiful views of the sea from my room. The accessible design.
More variety in dining options would be helpful.

Hotel located along the shore and close to the Ephesus archeological site. Great indoor pool, room are very nice.
Miserable internet service. Don't expect to keep a connection for more than 5 min. Very disappointing when you plan to work over there. Half board but the drinks (not included into the half board) are so expensive that it results into the price of a normal dinner meal if you take a couple of beers.

Great family-friendly hotel for a nice stay
The landscaped garden was a great escape, perfect for evening strolls, plus, the beach was amazing at sunset. I particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied meals, especially the grilled fish that just melted in your mouth.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable for the experience we had.

Stayed in December 2010. In winter time most of facilities are closed. But indoor swimming pool and SPA centre are OK. We liked it.
Bar is a little expensive for turkey. 50TL for a bottle of wike. 9Tl for 330ml beer. and 5TL for tea. Hotel was built in 1995. So, everything is a little bit out of date. But it's still clean. Just not as "luxury" as 5* hotel should be.

food was inedible - local turkish wine 60 lira per bottle - beer very expensive - only stayed one day - would never go again - hotel is like a 3 star - indoor pool very cold

The natural beach is fantastic. We enjoyed the water slides and tennis courts. There were plenty of activities for everyone, so while the kids were entertained, the adults got some relaxation time. Great food options too!
We faced a little hassle upon arrival while sorting out our room as we initially didn't get what we booked. It took some back and forth at the reception to get the right one, a bit disappointing.

The beachfront location was fine, and we enjoyed
Our family suite that offered plenty of space, though it was a bit outdated. The staff was friendly, but the check-in process could have been smoother. We had a pleasant stay with a few hiccups.
